Scope

• Manage multiple client accounts (currently 8–9 active clients)
• Primary focus on Google Ads with potential expansion to Meta Ads
• Fully remote role with regular communication and reporting
• Opportunity for role growth as the agency continues to expand

Responsibilities

• Create comprehensive reports for Google Ads campaigns across multiple client accounts
• Develop and maintain optimization backlogs for ongoing campaign improvements
• Execute monthly optimization plans and implement campaign adjustments
• Handle administrative tasks including keyword uploads, data management, and campaign setup
• Assemble and organize campaign assets within the Google Ads platform
• Conduct keyword research to identify new opportunities for client campaigns
• Create and manage Google Ads campaigns from setup through ongoing optimization
• Write compelling ad copy and develop creative assets
• Manage and allocate budgets across campaigns and client accounts

Requirements

• Proven experience managing and optimizing Google Ads campaigns (minimum 5 years)
• Strong analytical skills and experience preparing detailed performance reports
• Ability to manage multiple client accounts independently
• Proficiency in keyword research and campaign optimization strategies
• Familiarity with Meta Ads platforms (preferred but not required)
• Excellent attention to detail, particularly in administrative and data tasks
