Job Description

We are seeking a talented and creative Content Writer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for storytelling and a strong understanding of digital marketing strategies. As a Content Writer, you will be responsible for producing high-quality content that engages our audience across various platforms, including websites, blogs, social media, and email campaigns. Your expertise in SEO, content strategy, and copywriting will be essential in driving traffic and enhancing our brand presence.

Responsibilities

• Create compelling and original content for various digital platforms, including blogs, articles, social media posts, and website copy.
• Conduct keyword research to optimize content for search engines and improve visibility.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop content strategies that align with business goals.
• Edit and proofread content to ensure clarity, consistency, and adherence to brand guidelines.
• Utilize content management systems (CMS) such as WordPress to publish and manage online content.
• Implement SEO best practices in all written materials to enhance organic search performance.
• Engage in social media management by creating shareable content that drives audience interaction.
• Analyze content performance using tools like Google Analytics to inform future strategies.
• Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies related to digital marketing and content creation.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Content Writer or similar role with a strong portfolio of published work.
• Proficiency in SEO techniques and keyword research tools.
• Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop for graphic design tasks.
• Knowledge of HTML and CSS is a plus for formatting web content.
• Experience with e-commerce platforms and understanding of B2B marketing principles is advantageous.
• Strong editing skills with attention to detail in grammar, style, and tone.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
• Experience with email marketing campaigns and marketing automation tools is preferred.
• Basic photography and videography skills are a plus for creating multimedia content.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

Additional Information

Job Types: Part-time, Freelance

Pay: $21.38 - $25.75 per hour

Expected hours: 5 – 30 per week
