Job Description
We are seeking a skilled and innovative Machine Learning Engineer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and deploying machine learning models that enhance our products and services. You will work closely with data scientists, software engineers, and product managers to implement advanced algorithms and leverage big data technologies. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in machine learning frameworks and a passion for solving complex problems with AI.
Requirements
Duties
- Design and implement machine learning models for various applications, including natural language processing and data mining.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- Conduct model training and evaluation to ensure high performance and accuracy.
- Deploy machine learning models into production environments, ensuring scalability and reliability.
- Utilize big data technologies such as Hadoop and Spark for processing large datasets.
- Perform ETL processes to prepare data for analysis and modeling.
- Develop database designs that support efficient data storage and retrieval.
- Engage in continuous learning of new technologies in AI, quantum engineering, and analytics.
- Document processes, model architectures, and results to maintain clear communication across teams.
Experience
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, C, R, SQL, and VBA.
- Hands-on experience with machine learning frameworks like TensorFlow and SAS.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS for deploying applications.
- Knowledge of unsupervised learning techniques and model deployment strategies.
- Experience with linked data concepts and analytics tools like Looker.
- Understanding of Bash (Unix shell) scripting for automation tasks.
- Exposure to Talend or similar ETL tools is a plus.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to work on big data projects.
Additional Information
Job Type: Temporary
Pay: $90,193.87 - $108,620.57 per year
