Job Description

Front-End Developer (Project-Based with Long-Term Potential)

Location: Greater Boston, MA (Hybrid / Remote)

Engagement: Project-Based

We’re seeking a collaborative Front-End Developer in the Greater Boston area to lead the build of responsive, high-performing websites and digital experiences. You’ll collaborate with our creative and strategy teams to turn designs into exceptional user experiences. This project-based role has strong potential for long-term collaboration as our digital practice expands.

Responsibilities

  • Lead front-end development for websites and campaigns
  • Translate Figma designs into clean, responsive builds
  • Write high-quality HTML, CSS, and JavaScript (ES6+)
  • Implement frameworks like React, Next.js, or Vue.js
  • Ensure accessibility, speed, and cross-browser performance
  • Integrate APIs and contribute creative technical ideas

Requirements

  • Strong proficiency in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
  • Experience with React, Next.js, or similar frameworks
  • Excellent eye for design and UX
  • Based in Greater Boston and available for in-person collaboration
