Job Description

We are seeking a creative and skilled Photographer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong artistic vision and technical proficiency in photography and videography. This role involves capturing high-quality images and videos, editing content, and collaborating with various teams to produce visually compelling materials that align with our brand’s vision. The Photographer will also engage in post-production processes, ensuring that all work meets our quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Capture high-quality photographs and videos for various projects, including events, products, and promotional materials.
• Edit and manipulate photos using Adobe Lightroom, Adobe Photoshop, Capture One, and other relevant software to enhance visual appeal.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop creative concepts for photo shoots and video productions.
• Manage color theory and color management processes to ensure consistency across all visual content.
• Assist in filming video content, including interviews and promotional materials.
• Utilize Adobe Premiere, Final Cut Pro, and other video editing software for post-production tasks.
• Maintain an organized digital asset library for easy access to images and videos.
• Engage in social media management by creating visually appealing content that drives engagement.
• Stay updated on industry trends in photography, videography, and social media to bring fresh ideas to the team.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Photographer with a strong portfolio showcasing your work in photography and videography.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite including Adobe Lightroom, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Premiere, and Final Cut Pro is essential.
• Familiarity with post-production techniques such as photo editing, photo manipulation, art direction, and color theory is highly desirable.
• Experience in sales or marketing is a plus as it will aid in understanding client needs and expectations.
• Background in journalism or social media management is beneficial for creating engaging narratives through visuals.
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.

Pay: $100.00 - $200.00 per day
