We are seeking an experienced Mobile UX/UI Designer to transform a text-heavy subscription journey into a more visual, intuitive, and engaging user experience for our app. The role involves analyzing the current subscription flow to identify pain points, then designing and prototyping new mobile screens for iOS and Android that are easy to use and visually engaging. You will be responsible for creating or sourcing illustrations, icons, and micro-interactions that guide users and help make the process clear and emotional. Collaboration with our product and marketing teams is required to ensure brand consistency. The ideal candidate has at least 4 years of experience in mobile UX/UI design, a strong portfolio with examples of onboarding or subscription flows, and is proficient with design tools like Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD. Experience in the health, fintech, or insurance sectors and a user-centered mindset are advantageous. Deliverables include mobile screens and prototypes, a set of visual assets or illustrations, micro-interaction guidelines, and design documentation or a component library. The initial project will last a day or two, with the possibility of future work, and ideally will be completed within a week.
