Job Description

I’m seeking a reliable and motivated freelance developer to help build a new mobile app. This is an early-stage project, so the focus will be on creating a working MVP with core features such as user profiles, the ability to create and join chatrooms, direct messaging (DMs), payment acceptance/integration, and basic marketplace functionality. This is a rare chance to get in on the ground floor of an app that has the potential to scale nationwide.

I’m looking for someone who can not only code but also bring creativity and ideas to the table. Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain the mobile app’s MVP features.
• Collaborate to scope and prioritize tasks.
• Test, debug, and deliver clean, working code.
• Provide weekly progress updates.

Skills & Qualifications

• Experience with React Native or Flutter for cross-platform apps.
• Backend knowledge with Firebase, Supabase, or Node.js preferred.
• Familiarity with databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL, or Firebase Realtime/Firestore).
• Experience building chat features (chatrooms, DMs, push notifications).
• Knowledge of payment gateways (Stripe, PayPal, etc.).
• Strong communication skills and ability to work independently.

Preferred Certifications

• Google Associate Android Developer
• Meta React Native Certification
• Firebase Certification
• AWS Certified Developer – Associate or Azure Developer Associate

• Pay: $10–$15/hour
• Hours: Up to 12 hours per week
