Job Description

We are looking for a versatile, witty copywriter with direct response experience and a deep understanding of TikTok and social media trends. Your writing should be fun, punchy, and persuasive to drive conversions without feeling sales-y.

Responsibilities include:

• Writing scroll-stopping copy across paid social, landing pages, email, video scripts, and more.
• Concepting and writing short-form TikTok-style ads that convert.
• Switching seamlessly between different brand voices.
• Crafting killer hooks, witty one-liners, and persuasive CTAs.
• Collaborating with designers, editors, and strategists to develop high-performing creative.
• Staying updated on social trends and optimizing copy based on performance data.
• Ruthlessly self-editing and copyediting others.

Requirements

• 2-6 years of relevant experience.
• Strong digital portfolio featuring direct response copywriting (candidates without a portfolio will not be considered).
• Bachelor’s degree in advertising, communications, English, or a related field.
• Experience writing for various brands and adapting to each brand voice.
• A passion for TikTok trends and social media.
• Ability to multi-task and manage various work-streams in a fast-paced environment.

Additional Information

Job Types: Part-time, Freelance, Contract

Pay: $30.00 per hour

Expected hours: 10 – 20 per week
