Job Description

Project working with customers to work through accessibility requirements for Forms and Web content. There are two high profile projects for this position.

The role involves knowledge of the latest best practices associated with the development of web and form content, including ADA compliance, HTML and CSS standards. The contractor will provide positive, professional, and punctual customer technical support via all communication channels as part of the IT team. Responsibilities include troubleshooting and providing technical support for web and form services, publishing and maintaining documentation, expert use of electronic form software tools, resolving issues related to Drupal sites, ensuring compliance with DPI standards for web content platforms, and collaborating with the communications team on web needs.

Requirements

Top Required Skills & Years of Experience:

  • 3-5 years of experience in:
  • Experience with Adobe, Drupal, DocuSign, Microsoft Forms, or similar
  • Experience with accessibility in Forms and web content
  • Web development and management of high traffic websites
  • Drupal 10 experience

Nice to Have Skills:

  • Hands-on testing and troubleshooting of custom modules, themes, and content objects
  • Collaborative

Additional Information

The contractor will work closely with customers and the IT team to ensure successful project outcomes and compliance with necessary standards.
