Ice Castles is a unique winter phenomenon that creates a magical frozen attraction in cities across North America. We are seeking a creative powerhouse to join our team as a Seasonal Content Creator. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in dynamic environments and has a passion for visual storytelling. You will be responsible for capturing the enchanting atmosphere of Ice Castles, including frozen sculptures, glowing tunnels, and memorable moments with guests and crew members.

Requirements

What You’ll Do:

• Capture 50 photos and 50 videos per week throughout the season.
• Follow weekly shot lists provided by the social media manager.
• Show up for key peak days including opening days, sponsor visits, VIP guest experiences, and community events.
• Pitch creative content ideas and bring your own visual flair to the table.
• Interact confidently with guests and crew, including asking for posed shots and conducting casual interviews.
• Capture crew member stories: work anniversaries, spotlights, team energy, and candid moments.
• Deliver organized, high-quality content weekly via Google Drive or similar platforms.
• Help tell the story of Ice Castles across social platforms.

Who You Are:

• A content creator, photographer, videographer, or all-in-one creative.
• Comfortable directing people and capturing both candid and posed content.
• Excited to work in outdoor, winter conditions and appropriately dressed for it.
• Passionate about social-first storytelling (Instagram Reels, TikTok-style, etc.).
• Self-motivated, reliable, and organized.
• A people person with excellent communication skills.
• Able to commit to the entire Ice Castles season, including key dates.

Additional Information

Type: Seasonal Contract

Compensation: Flat rate for the season at $2,000 (with a potential mileage stipend for non-urban locations).

Timeline: Winter Season 2025/2026 (Mid December-end February, varies by site).
