Event Visualizer is needed in Pisa, Italy.

We are seeking talented professionals for a wedding celebration taking place in Pisa, Italy, on Monday 25 May 2026. The roles required include band/performers for the ceremony (tenor, pianist, or singer with PA from 12.15-13.45), live music for the aperitivo (singer, duo, or trio from 13.45-16.00), and a band/DJ for the evening party (19.00-01.00). We also need videography and photography services from 10.00 to 21.00 to cover preparations, arrivals, the ceremony, group photos, speeches, and the party. Additionally, we require hair and makeup for 1 bride, 7 bridesmaids, and the mother of the bride. The project will require on-site presence for the full day. I am Gaby Pugh, the managing director of an events and incentive agency, and this is a personal project with potential for future collaboration.
