Job Description

Toast Weddings seeks Freelance Wedding Photographers and/or Videographers (Shooting only – we handle all editing). Toast Weddings is a rapidly growing photo and video company dedicated to creating timeless wedding photos and films that tell people’s stories with artistic integrity and attention to detail.

Requirements

For Photo:

  • Own (or be willing to rent) 2 cameras, 2 lenses (zoom/wide), and a flash.
  • Be able to cover a wedding solo while managing all gear.
  • Have reliable transportation to/from wedding locations.
  • Provide open communication and feedback with our team regarding file sizes and wedding experience details.
  • Be able to upload RAWS.
  • Have the ability to keep wedding files for up to one month.
  • Possess a pleasant attitude, customer service skills, and professional appearance.
  • Be able to provide two links to current work.

For Video:

  • Own (or be willing to rent) 2 cameras, 2 lenses, and 2 wireless microphones.
  • Be able to cover a wedding solo while managing all gear.
  • Have reliable transportation to/from wedding locations.
  • Provide open communication and feedback with our team regarding file sizes and wedding experience details.
  • Be able to ship and receive drives.
  • Have the ability to keep wedding footage for up to one month.
  • Possess a pleasant attitude, customer service skills, and professional appearance.
  • Be able to provide two links to current work.
