Job Description

We need a passionate and detail-oriented photographer and assistant photographer with years of experience capturing stunning visuals for upcoming fashion events. The candidate should specialize in portrait, event, product, and commercial photography, bringing both creativity and technical expertise to each project. They should be able to capture the authentic vibe of the event, including movement, blurred motion, unguarded interactions, and the enthusiasm of the crowd. The ideal candidate is comfortable working in low light and bonus points are given for the ability to record video.

Requirements

Photographer Requirements:

1. Technical Skills

• Proficiency with professional camera systems, lenses, and accessories.
• Knowledge of studio and natural lighting setups.
• Strong skills in photo editing software.
• Deep understanding of aperture, shutter speed, ISO, and how to compose visually compelling photos.

2. Experience

• A strong portfolio showcasing a variety of work.
• At least 1–3 years of experience working as a professional or freelance photographer.
• Experience with different types of photography.
• Experience in managing client relationships, understanding briefs, and delivering photos that align with client expectations.

3. Additional Skills

• Familiarity with handling camera gear and other photography-related equipment.
• Knowledge of basic photo editing tools (e.g., cropping, colour adjustments).
• Ability to work in different environments, from studios to outdoor shoots, and adapt to various setups or shoot styles.

Assistant Photographer Responsibilities

• Assisting in setting up shoots, adjusting lighting, and managing equipment during photo sessions.
• Helping with post-production editing and retouching images to meet client specifications.
• Ensuring smooth operation of photoshoots by coordinating with clients, talent, and crew.
