Job Description

We’re seeking a collaborative, creative Videographer to join our dynamic team. This is an exciting opportunity to produce cinematic, client-centered video content that amplifies our brand and our clients’ impact. The ideal candidate brings strong technical chops and a “director’s spirit,” someone who can lead a shoot with clarity, confidence, and calm presence while working closely with our Creative Lead.

• Love the rhythm of editing, tweaking, and polishing content
• Have a director’s eye and an editor’s discipline
• Are comfortable working on-site with clients across the DMV region
• Have flexibility for part-time, contract, or freelance work
• Respect deadlines and value clear communication

Key Responsibilities

• Capture and edit cinematic video content for client campaigns and TopShotPro assets
• Collaborate with Chris and the creative team on concepting, scripting, and visual direction
• Manage on-location setups, lighting, and audio with precision
• Provide behind-the-scenes support on client shoots with poise and professionalism
• Shoot complementary photography as needed

Work Location

Primarily in-person across the DMV region, including on-site client shoots.

Pay: $30.00 - $50.00 per hour
