Job Description

We are a growing, modern Bookkeeping and Tax Accounting firm committed to simplifying complex finances for our clients. We are seeking a dedicated, in-house Short-Form Video Content Creator & Videographer to produce professional and engaging videos that simplify accounting and tax concepts, provide quick financial tips, and showcase our company culture. This essential, on-site role requires capturing our team’s expertise through high-quality, short-form video content for platforms like TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and LinkedIn.

Key Responsibilities

• Filming & Production:
• Serve as the primary videographer, utilizing professional-grade camera equipment to film videos in our office.
• Manage all aspects of the shoot, including lighting, sound recording, and creating professional-looking shots.
• Maintain and organize all raw footage and production equipment.
• Content Creation & Strategy:
• Collaborate with the marketing team to ideate, script, and storyboard content that aligns with brand voice.
• Stay current with social media trends to ensure competitive content.
• Coach on-screen talent to deliver engaging performances.
• Editing & Delivery:
• Perform fast-paced, high-quality video editing suitable for short-form platforms.
• Proficiency in software like CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, or Final Cut Pro is required.
• Add engaging graphics, text overlays, closed captions, and trending music/sounds.
• Prepare final, optimized video files for the marketing team.

Required Qualifications

• Proven Experience: A portfolio showcasing significant experience in filming and editing high-performing short-form video content for business or educational purposes.
• Technical Expertise:
• Must own or have dedicated access to professional-grade camera equipment, lighting, and audio gear.
• Expert proficiency in industry-standard video editing software.
• Creative & Strategic Mindset: Strong understanding of social media algorithms and engagement drivers.
• On-Site Availability: This is an in-person role requiring consistent time in our Fort Lauderdale, Florida office.

Additional Information

Job Types: Contract, Freelance

Pay: $20.00 - $50.00 per hour

Expected hours: 1 – 4 per week
