Job Description

Zetta is a global technology company designing secure, AI-enabled platforms for high-impact industries, logistics, transportation, and essential services. We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated DevOps Engineer to join our innovative and dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in security, development, and operations, with a passion for continuous improvement and collaboration.

Requirements

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with development and operations teams to integrate security practices.
• Implement, maintain, and improve security tools, policies, and procedures.
• Monitor and respond to security events, incidents, and vulnerabilities.
• Conduct regular security assessments, risk analysis, and code reviews to identify and remediate potential threats.
• Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines and infrastructure as code (IaC) to automate deployment, testing, and monitoring processes.
• Continuously improve the security posture of our products, infrastructure, and processes.
• Provide guidance and training to team members on secure coding practices and security best practices.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends, technologies, and best practices in DevOps, cybersecurity, and software development.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• 3+ years of experience in a DevOps, DevSecOps, security engineering, or similar role.
• Strong knowledge of security principles, tools, and best practices.
• Proficiency in at least one programming language (e.g., Python, Java, Go).
• Experience with CI/CD tools (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab, CircleCI).
• Familiarity with containerization and orchestration technologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes).
• Working knowledge of cloud platforms (Azure, GCP) and their security features.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
• Relevant certifications such as AWS Certified DevOps Engineer, Google Cloud Professional DevOps Engineer, Microsoft Certified: DevOps Engineer Expert, Certified Kubernetes Administrator (CKA), or HashiCorp Certified: Terraform Associate are a plus.
