You will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining websites that enhance user experience while meeting client needs. This role requires a blend of technical skills and creative flair, ensuring that our web presence is both functional and aesthetically pleasing.

Requirements

• Proficient in digital design principles, interaction design, and visual design.
• Experience with graphic design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, and Adobe After Effects.
• Familiarity with wireframing tools like Axure or Balsamiq.
• Understanding of UX/UI principles along with usability best practices.
• Experience in web analytics tools such as Google Analytics 360 or Adobe Analytics for data-driven decision making.
• Knowledge of responsive web design techniques to ensure optimal viewing across devices.
• Ability to work with version control systems like Git for collaborative projects.
• Familiarity with frameworks like React or Node.js is a plus.
• Strong typography skills along with layout design expertise.

Duties

• Collaborate with clients and team members to understand project requirements and objectives.
• Design engaging and responsive web layouts using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Create wireframes and prototypes to visualize design concepts.
• Develop motion graphics and visual elements to enhance user interaction.
• Ensure websites are optimized for SEO, usability, and accessibility standards.
• Maintain website functionality through regular updates and troubleshooting.
• Implement e-commerce solutions to facilitate online transactions.
• Conduct user research and data analysis to inform design decisions.
• Utilize content management systems (CMS) such as WordPress or Drupal for website management.
• Work with front-end development frameworks like Bootstrap or Angular to create responsive designs.
• Collaborate with marketing teams on digital marketing strategies including email marketing campaigns.

Pay: $27.00 - $35.00 per hour
