Job Description

Zero Gravity Marketing (ZGM) is a full-service digital agency focused on strategy, collaboration, and a solution-oriented mindset. We are expanding our contractor network to meet the demand for high-quality lifecycle marketing projects. We are seeking experienced Email/SMS Marketing Strategists to join our freelance contractor pool for upcoming lifecycle and retention projects, working with various ecommerce and B2B clients.

Requirements

• Hands-on experience in Klaviyo and comfortable with balancing campaign execution and strategic optimization.
• Ability to build, test, and QA email and SMS campaigns.
• Experience in setting up, maintaining, and optimizing automation flows such as Welcome, Abandoned Cart, Post-Purchase, and Winback.
• Knowledge of email marketing best practices ensuring campaigns are mobile-friendly, accessible, and visually polished.
• Skill in preparing and optimizing creative assets using Figma or Canva, and collaborating with designers and copywriters.
• Proficiency in conducting A/B tests and delivering performance reports with actionable insights.
• Experience in list management, segmentation, and subscriber growth initiatives.

Bonus Points

• Experience with Postscript, Attentive, or Twilio for SMS automation.
• Familiarity with Shopify, GA4, or HubSpot integrations.
• Strong design or copy sensibility for refining creative elements.
• Prior experience supporting Black Friday/Cyber Monday or other high-volume ecommerce campaigns.

This is a project-based, remote contractor role. You will be collaborating with design, strategy, and analytics teams to ensure campaigns align with broader marketing goals.
