Job Description

Elevato is seeking experienced freelance content writers to join our expanding team. We collaborate with a diverse range of clients across various industries, including technology, healthcare, finance, e-commerce, and more. Our ideal candidates are versatile writers who can adapt their tone and style to match each client’s unique voice and end objectives.

Position Overview

As a Freelance Content Writer at Elevato, you will:

  • Craft Diverse Content: Write compelling and informative content, including service pages, blog posts, case studies, landing pages, and more.
  • Adapt to Various Tones: Tailor your writing to align with each client’s brand voice, ensuring consistency and engagement.
  • Leverage AI Tools: Utilize large language models (LLMs) like ChatGPT to enhance content creation, ensuring efficiency and quality.
  • Optimize for SEO: Conduct SERP analysis and apply SEO best practices to improve content visibility and performance.
  • Meet Deadlines: Manage multiple projects simultaneously, delivering high-quality content on time.
  • Collaborate Effectively: Maintain clear and timely communication with Elevato’s project managers and clients.

Requirements

  • Proven Experience: Demonstrated ability to write in various formats and adapt to different brand voices.
  • SEO Knowledge: Experience with keyword research, on-page SEO, and content optimization.
  • AI Proficiency: Familiarity with using AI tools like ChatGPT to assist in content creation.
  • Strong Communication Skills: Ability to collaborate effectively with team members and clients.
  • Portfolio: Provide at least three writing samples that showcase your versatility and writing skills.
  • HVAC Domain familiarity: Working knowledge of HVAC fundamentals (load calculations, ductwork, heat pumps, VRF/VRV, IAQ, maintenance programs) and data center cooling concepts (CRAC/CRAH, hot/cold aisle containment, rear-door heat exchangers, direct-to-chip and immersion cooling, CDUs, coolant loops, PUE/WUE).
  • Technical Translation: Ability to turn complex engineering topics into accurate, plain-language content for decision-makers (owners, facility managers, CTOs/CIOs) without losing nuance.

Additional Information

Job Type: Contract

Pay: $25.00 - $40.00 per hour

Expected hours: 5 – 20 per week

Work Location: Remote
