Job Description

Toast Weddings seeks Freelance Wedding Photographers and/or Videographers (Shooting only – we handle all editing). Toast Weddings is a rapidly growing wedding photo and video company dedicated to creating timeless wedding photos and films. We focus on telling stories about people and aim to capture pivotal moments in their lives with artistic integrity and attention to detail. We are looking for skilled and experienced freelance photographers and videographers to join our collective.

Requirements

For Photo:

  • Own (or be willing to rent) 2 cameras, 2 lenses (zoom/wide), and a flash.
  • Be able to cover a wedding solo while managing all gear.
  • Have reliable transportation to/from wedding locations.
  • Provide open communication and feedback with our team regarding file sizes, details about the wedding experience, etc.
  • Be able to upload RAWS.
  • Have the ability to keep wedding files for up to one month.
  • Have a pleasant attitude, customer service skills, and professional appearance.
  • Be able to provide two links to current work.

For Video:

  • Own (or be willing to rent) 2 cameras, 2 lenses, and 2 wireless microphones.
  • Be able to cover a wedding solo while managing all gear.
  • Have reliable transportation to/from wedding locations.
  • Provide open communication and feedback with our team regarding file sizes, details about the wedding experience, etc.
  • Be able to ship and receive drives.
  • Have the ability to keep wedding footage for up to one month.
  • Have a pleasant attitude, customer service skills, and professional appearance.
  • Be able to provide two links to current work.

Additional Information

The job type is contract, with pay ranging from $50.00 to $120.00 per hour. Suitable candidates will be contacted for a video interview. Candidates are required to answer the following application questions:

  • How many weddings have you shot professionally, as a photographer and/or videographer?
  • Are you applying for photo, video, or both?
