CBW is a creative media team capturing the culture and stories around Chicago through short-form video. We produce social media content for local brands, artists, and businesses and are looking for talented individuals to bring those stories to life on camera.

We’re looking for actors and actresses to appear in short Instagram and social media videos for various clients. Shoots are typically 1–3 hours long and take place around the Chicago area. Each gig varies in style and tone — from fun lifestyle spots to more professional brand pieces.

We’re currently building our roster of local talent — people we can reach out to when new projects come up. Work will be gig-based and occasional, but we value everyone we work with and always aim to provide a positive, creative, and well-organized experience.

Requirements

• Comfortable performing in front of the camera
• Able to take direction and bring creative energy to short scenes
• Reliable and punctual for scheduled shoots
• (Bonus) Voice acting skills — please include a demo reel or voice sample if available
• (Bonus) Prior on-camera experience or acting training
• Perfect position for actors/actresses in college or trying to start their acting career

Compensation

Paid per gig, with rates varying by role, project type, and time required. We pay fairly for your time — typically ranging from 1 to 4 hours per project.
