Creative Content Editor (Short-Form Video)

As a Creative Content Editor, you will shape visual stories across multiple brands within the FORDIVINE ecosystem, transforming raw footage into 12-15 high-quality short-form videos weekly. This role requires both technical precision and imaginative flair.

Requirements

• Experience: 4+ years creating social media content that performs.
• Proficiency: Skilled in Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or DaVinci Resolve (Premiere preferred).
• Content Knowledge: Deep understanding of short-form content for platforms like Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts.
• Editing Skills: Ability to match pacing, tone, and emotion with each brand’s voice and vision.
• Design: Familiarity with captioning, motion graphics, and sound design for social formats.
• Organization: Excellent workflow management using Asana and Slack.
• Communication: Strong skills and a positive attitude, capable of collaborating fluidly with creative leads.
• Location: Local to Southern California with ability to work in-person at FORDIVINE House (Irvine, CA) 2 days per week.

Location & Schedule

• Hybrid: 2 days per week in-person at FORDIVINE House (Irvine, CA).
• Remote work permitted for the rest of the week.
• Must be available for real-time communication and revisions during normal business hours (PST).

Compensation

• Monthly Retainer: $4,000/month, paid bi-weekly.
• Type: Independent Contractor Role.
• Potential for growth into a larger retainer/role as trust is built.
