Job Description

Rima Vaidila, a Los Angeles-based fashion stylist and founder of Goldie Swimwear, is seeking a creative partner to collaborate on content strategy and edit short-form videos for platforms like Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube. The ideal candidate should be passionate about editing and content creation, as well as skilled in developing effective strategies to grow the brand’s online presence.

Requirements

• Experience: Short-form content specialist with ideally 2+ years of editing Reels/TikToks (agency, creator, or brand).
• Creativity: Concept-driven with the ability to pitch hooks/ideas that elevate the account.
• Skills: Proficient in CapCut or Adobe Premiere Pro, and knowledgeable about current trends/sounds in creator culture.
• Attributes: Organized, fast, collaborative, and open to feedback; available for a weekly 30-minute check-in and responsive to quick turnaround requests.
• Location: LA-based preferred, but not required.

Deliverables

• Strategy: 1 monthly overarching content plan and weekly concept lists (5–10 ideas/week).
• Edits: Approximately 30 short-form videos per month (mix of new and archival), including simple graphics and covers.
• Admin: Drive organization, light captions/hashtags, and weekly analytics notes.

Additional Information

Employment will be on a 1099 contractor retainer basis, with scope flexibility and extra edits billed at an agreed per-video rate.
