Job Description

We are seeking a talented and creative Freelance Photographer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for capturing stunning images and telling compelling stories through photography and videography. This role requires a versatile individual who can work independently, manage multiple projects, and deliver high-quality visual content that aligns with our brand vision.

Requirements

• Proven experience in photography with a strong portfolio showcasing a range of styles and techniques.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite including Adobe Lightroom, Adobe Photoshop, Capture One, Adobe Premiere, and Final Cut Pro.
• Knowledge of color theory and color management principles as they apply to both photography and video production.
• Experience in post-production processes including photo editing, photo manipulation, and art direction is highly desirable.
• Background in journalism or social media management is a plus, providing insight into storytelling through visuals.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with clients and team members.

Duties

• Capture high-quality photographs for various projects, including events, portraits, product shoots, and editorial assignments.
• Edit and retouch images using Adobe Lightroom, Adobe Photoshop, and other software tools to ensure the final product meets professional standards.
• Collaborate with clients to understand their vision and requirements, providing art direction as needed.
• Manage post-production processes including photo manipulation and color management to enhance the visual appeal of images.
• Produce engaging video content through filming and video production techniques, utilizing software such as Adobe Premiere and Final Cut Pro for editing.
• Maintain an organized digital portfolio of work while managing social media channels to showcase photography projects and engage with audiences.
• Stay updated on industry trends in photography, videography, and social media management to continually enhance skills and creativity.
• Assist in sales efforts by promoting photography services to potential clients and building strong relationships within the community.
