As a Senior/Lead Cloud DevOps Engineer (Kubernetes/Azure), you’ll ensure the reliability, scalability, and isolation of production and batch workloads on Azure Kubernetes Service. You’ll manage clusters, optimize deployments, and enhance Airflow orchestration while collaborating with engineering teams to maintain stable, high-performing ESG climate operations. This role offers the chance to work on complex cloud infrastructure, automation, and workflow optimization in a dynamic, global environment.

Requirements

MUST HAVES

• 8+ years of experience in Cloud Infrastructure or DevOps Engineering
• 5+ years of hands-on experience with Kubernetes (AKS preferred) — including cluster setup, scaling, networking, RBAC, and workload isolation
• Strong expertise in Azure services (AKS, Networking, Storage Accounts, Azure Container Registry, Key Vault, PostgreSQL as a Service)
• Experience creating and maintaining deployment manifests
• Experience with workflow orchestration using Airflow
• Hands-on experience with Infrastructure as Code (Terraform)
• Strong knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and deployment automation
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in distributed teams
• Clear communication and documentation skills
• Flexibility and adaptability in dynamic environments
• Upper-intermediate English level

NICE TO HAVES

• Experience with Airflow for workflow orchestration
• Exposure to Terraform for infrastructure as code
• Experience managing Postgres databases
• Familiarity with Jsonnet templating
