Pro Hybrid Studio Build (On-Stage X32 Rack & VSTs)

Sound Technician is needed in Northampton, United Kingdom.

We are seeking a sound technician with deep, hands-on experience with the Behringer X32 platform and strong skills in building stable ‘stage rack’ style VST setups using Apple MainStage and Logic Pro. The project involves the physical build and wiring of a 12U on-stage rack, installation of all hardware, and clean professional wiring for all connections including mics, DIs, and MIDI controllers. You will also be responsible for digital integration, configuring the X32 Rack as a 32x32 audio interface, and establishing connections to a Mac Mini control desk. Additional tasks include developing the core routing matrix on the X32, creating a master MainStage concert file for live keyboard VST hosting, and setting up a Wi-Fi router for private control and an app-based personal monitoring system. The job requires a full system soundcheck, basic operational training, and system commissioning. You will need to be on site in Northampton for a day or two. The project needs to be delivered next week. As this is a personal project, a flexible and collaborative approach is highly valued.
