Job Description

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of social media marketing, content creation, and brand management. You will be responsible for developing and executing social media strategies that align with our business goals while fostering relationships with our community. The role requires the ability to create engaging short-form video content, particularly on platforms like Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook, with a focus on Reels. Responsibilities also include promptly answering comments with kindness and maintaining an established brand identity.

Requirements

• Proven experience in social media management, specifically showcasing successful Instagram pages.
• Strong skills in short-form video editing.
• Knowledge of web analytics tools to effectively track performance metrics.
• A demonstrated proven track record of success in managing an Instagram account.

Additional Information

This is an Independent Contractor position. You will be compensated per Reel, post, and story for posting the same pieces of content across platforms. In other words, you will edit a Reel with files sent to you, upload it to Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok, and will receive a set amount for that piece of content across platforms. Payment will be issued every Friday, and the job types are contract and temporary. This position is remote.
