PHOTOGRAPHER - Caspian Ports and Logistics 2025 Exhibition and Conference

Photographer is needed in Aktau, Kazakhstan.

We are pleased to inform you that the annual Caspian Ports and Logistics 2025 Exhibition and Conference will take place at the luxurious 5-Star Rixos Water World Aktau, Kazakhstan, from Tuesday, 9 December to Thursday, 11 December 2025. The event is proudly hosted by the Port of Aktau with the Trans-Caspian International Transport Route (TITR) as the Strategic Partner.

We are looking to engage one photographer to cover the event at Rixos Water World Aktau, Kazakhstan according to the schedule below:

Event Schedule:

Day 1 (Tuesday, 9 Dec 2025)
8:00–13:00 – Port Tour (transport provided)
18:00–20:00 – Networking Reception (venue TBA)

Day 2 (Wednesday, 10 Dec 2025)
08:00–12:00 – Opening Ceremony
12:00–17:30 – Exhibition and Conference
19:30–21:30 – Networking Dinner (venue TBA)

Day 3 (Thursday, 11 Dec 2025)
08:00–16:30 – Conference and Exhibition

Details & Requirement:

• Arrive punctually and be ready at all times.
• Follow the full schedule as per the event brochure.
• No photo editing is required.
• Focus on capturing crowds, smiles, and interactions; avoid taking photos from behind.
• Lunch and refreshments will be provided on Days 2 and 3.
• Upload photos to the provided Google Drive link each evening.
• Each photo should be 3–4 MB in size, with a maximum of 400 photos per day.
• Follow the VIP tour during the Opening Ceremony and capture all exhibition booths.
