21 Saudis and 1 Montenegrin going to Korea

Documentary Filmmaker is needed in Seoul, South Korea.

SparkLabs, a global group of accelerators and venture capital funds with operations across several countries, is seeking a videographer for a unique personal project. The assignment involves traveling with a group consisting of 21 Saudis and 1 Montenegrin to Seoul, Korea, for approximately six weeks (November 3rd–December 12th). The aim is to document authentic moments and create both daily short-form vertical content for LinkedIn (30–90 seconds) and long-form documentary style videos for YouTube, inspired by Gary Vaynerchuk’s style. The videographer will follow a Partner throughout the entire trip, film keynotes, meetings, travel, and candid conversations, and must be able to manage all aspects of video and sound independently. Previous experience with real-life, documentary, or social content is essential, as well as proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro (and ideally After Effects). The role requires someone who is creative, resourceful, and skilled at capturing both cinematic b-roll and storytelling-driven sequences in a fast-paced, sometimes chaotic environment. A portfolio of relevant work is required. Travel to Korea and on-site presence for the project is mandatory.
