This is a remote position.

Schedule:

• 20 hours per week
• Monday - Friday 10am-2pm Sydney Time AEDT

Client Overview:

A dynamic fitness entrepreneur who successfully transitioned from brick-and-mortar pole instruction studios to a thriving online education business. She has built a strong social media following and multiple courses on Kajabi, now ready to scale her digital presence with the right marketing partner. You’ll be the marketing engine behind a growing online fitness education business, taking ownership of both the technical and creative sides of digital marketing. This role offers the perfect blend of platform mastery and creative strategy – from building sophisticated email automations in Kajabi to crafting Pinterest strategies that convert. You’ll work directly with the business owner, playing a key role in scaling her established brand while gaining valuable experience across multiple marketing channels.

Responsibilities

• Master Kajabi’s backend operations including advanced tagging systems, email sequences, and marketing automations
• Design and optimize high-converting landing pages that turn visitors into course enrollments
• Implement and troubleshoot Meta Pixel integration within Kajabi for enhanced tracking
• Create comprehensive UTM tracking systems and deliver actionable analytics reports
• Manage social media scheduling and posting across multiple platforms
• Support graphic design needs for course materials and social media content
• Collaborate directly with the business owner to align marketing efforts with business goals

Requirements

• Proven hands-on experience with Kajabi platform, especially backend functionality and automations
• Strong Pinterest marketing knowledge and strategy development skills
• Experience with Meta Pixel implementation and troubleshooting
• Proficiency in UTM tracking, analytics reporting, and performance measurement
• Social media management experience with scheduling tools and content planning
• Basic graphic design skills for marketing materials
• Bonus if you have experience in the fitness or wellness industry
• It helps if you have video editing capabilities for social media content
