Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Website Designer/Developer to help bring a platform/website designed specifically for high-net-worth individuals. The ideal candidate is experienced in developing modern, secure, and data-driven web applications with a focus on user experience, scalability, and legal compliance. This position offers the opportunity to help build a sophisticated platform from the ground up, incorporating features such as user authentication, NDA/Non-Compete workflows, document storage, e-sign integrations, client portals, and agent dashboards.

Requirements

• Proven experience building secure, scalable web platforms or marketplaces.
• Strong knowledge of React, Node.js, Firebase, or AWS infrastructure.
• Experience with authentication systems, document management, and API integrations (MLS, Zillow, etc.) is highly preferred.
• Familiarity with real estate platforms, financial dashboards, or investment applications is a plus.
• Exceptional attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality.
• Excellent communication and project management skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate directly with company leadership to translate platform vision into a scalable, user-friendly web solution.
• Design and develop responsive UI/UX layouts with modern frameworks (React, Next.js, Vue, or similar).
• Implement secure client/agent logins, file upload systems, and digital signature integrations.
• Build database and API integrations to support property listings, NDAs, and user management.
• Ensure compliance with data protection and brokerage legal frameworks.
• Provide ongoing maintenance, updates, and system optimizations post-launch.

Additional Information

Location: Remote / Texas Preferred

Employment Type: Contract with a hiring possibility upon completion.

Compensation: Based on experience and project scope. The Project itself should only take about a month. You will be paid half upfront and half upon completion, along with a monthly maintenance fee for possible edits to the site upon completion.
