Creative Lead — GISAW London

We are GISAW London, a luxury Indian occasionwear brand redefining modern heritage for contemporary women. We are seeking a Creative Lead to shape our brand visuals, photoshoots, campaigns, and content both for made-to-measure and ready-to-wear collections. This role involves leading the creative process from concept to delivery, ensuring all content is visually cohesive and on-brand. The selected freelancer will be responsible for developing creative concepts, planning and executing photoshoots, coordinating creative teams, and maintaining the brand’s visual tone across digital channels and lookbooks. You should have strong experience in fashion, content creation, or creative direction, ideally within luxury or bridalwear. The ability to manage shoots end-to-end, a detail-oriented mindset, a strong portfolio, and organizational skills are essential. This is an on-site, London-based freelance or part-time position, with scope for a long-term leadership role as the brand grows. We value enthusiasm and proactive energy as highly as prior experience.
