Role Overview: The WordPress Developer will design, develop, and optimize our web presence by working closely with marketing and product teams to enhance user experiences and improve online visibility.

Job Requirements

Must-Haves:

• 3+ years of professional WordPress development experience (SaaS, B2B, or startup experience a plus).
• Strong knowledge of WordPress architecture, theme/plugin development, and PHP, HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript.
• Experience with modern page builders (e.g., Elementor, Gutenberg) and custom theme development.
• Familiarity with SEO best practices, performance optimization, and web accessibility standards.
• Experience integrating WordPress with marketing and CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, Marketo, etc.).
• Proficiency with Git/version control, staging environments, and deployment workflows.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate across technical and non-technical teams.
• Strong project management skills with the ability to juggle multiple projects and meet deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications:

• A strong portfolio of responsive, high-performing WordPress sites you’ve built or maintained.
• Experience with headless WordPress or modern front-end frameworks (React, Next.js) is a plus.
• A passion for clean, scalable code and a curiosity to always learn new tools and techniques.
• A growth mindset and enthusiasm for turning creative ideas into real-world impact.
