Job Description

As a Web Designer, you will be at the forefront of creating stunning and user-friendly websites that captivate audiences and drive engagement. Your creativity and technical skills will come together to design visually appealing layouts, optimize user experiences, and ensure our digital presence stands out in a competitive landscape. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to bring innovative ideas to life while maintaining a focus on usability and accessibility.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop engaging website layouts that enhance user experience and drive conversions.
• Collaborate with marketing and development teams to create visually appealing graphics, logos, and motion graphics.
• Utilize your expertise in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and PHP to implement responsive web designs across various devices.
• Conduct user research and data analysis to inform design decisions and improve website functionality.
• Maintain websites by ensuring up-to-date content, performing regular updates, and troubleshooting issues as they arise.
• Create wireframes and prototypes using tools like Figma or Adobe XD to visualize design concepts before implementation.
• Optimize websites for search engines (SEO) while adhering to best practices for web accessibility.
• Stay current with industry trends in digital design, e-commerce, and emerging technologies to continuously enhance our web presence.

Requirements

Basic qualifications

• Strong understanding of digital design principles and interaction design methodologies.

Preferred qualifications

• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) for graphic design tasks.
• Experience with content management systems (CMS) such as WordPress or Drupal for website management.
• Familiarity with front-end frameworks like Bootstrap or Angular for efficient development processes.
• Knowledge of analytics tools such as Google Analytics 360 or Adobe Analytics for tracking website performance.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple projects simultaneously.
