Job Description

At Pampa Lighting, we’re redefining how outdoor lighting is done. We manufacture premium-grade, die-cast brass lighting fixtures and are one of the fastest-growing lighting companies in the nation. We are seeking a creative, organized, and hands-on Content Creator to capture the heart of our brand—from the warehouse to the showroom and worksites to the final glowing results. This freelance role involves working closely with the owner and the social media manager to plan, shoot, and deliver engaging content each week. The role is starting at 2-3 times per month with an average shoot lasting around 2 hours, with potential for a larger, ongoing collaboration as we scale our content engine.

Requirements

• A visual storyteller who knows how to make real-world work look cinematic

• Reliable, accountable, and comfortable taking initiative
• Equipped with professional gear (camera, stabilizer/gimbal, drone preferred)
• Excited to work with a growing, ambitious brand and see your work across our ads, social media, and website

What You’ll Capture

• Worksite footage – installation, behind-the-scenes, and day-in-the-life clips, coordinating with contractors to film installations and tutorial videos.
• Finished projects – capturing beautiful outdoor lighting at completed jobs, walkthroughs, and explanatory videos.
• Warehouse & operations – featuring the people behind the brand, showroom, and organic content in the office space.
• Educational clips – explaining product features and our processes.

You’ll Work On

• Planning and coordinating weekly content days with the social media manager.
• Filming high-quality video and photo content (stabilized + drone footage preferred).
• Uploading raw content to Google Drive within 72 hours of each shoot.
• (Optional) Editing content—if you love editing, let’s discuss.

We have been growing exponentially for the last 4 years and this year, we are experiencing a 120% growth compared to last year.
