Job Description

Richline Transportation is a premium black car and chauffeur service based in San Diego, providing luxury airport transfers to and from SAN, LAX, John Wayne, and Palomar airports. We are growing rapidly and are looking for an experienced SEO Optimization Specialist to help us improve our online visibility, keyword rankings, and lead generation through our main website.

We’re seeking a results-driven SEO Optimization Specialist to take ownership of our organic search strategy. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with technical SEO, on-page optimization, link building, and local SEO (Google Business, Bing Places, and related directories). You’ll work remotely but closely with our marketing and content team to create strategies that increase traffic, conversions, and authority across multiple service pages.

Requirements

• Proven SEO experience (3+ years preferred).
• Familiar with WordPress, Rank Math, and Google Search Console.
• Strong understanding of local SEO and schema markup.
• Experience with tools like SEMrush, Ahrefs, or Moz.
• Excellent written communication and analytical skills.
• Knowledge of Google Business Profile optimization is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Conduct keyword research for target locations and services (e.g., San Diego, LAX, airport transfers).
• Optimize website pages, meta titles, descriptions, and structured data.
• Improve on-page SEO and fix technical site issues (via Rank Math, SEMrush, or similar tools).
• Develop high-quality backlinks and manage local citations (Google, Bing, Yahoo, Yext, etc.).
• Create and execute monthly SEO performance reports.
• Collaborate with content creators to ensure articles meet SEO and Rank Math best practices.
• Stay up to date on Google algorithm updates and search trends.
