Job Description

This position is for a Web Developer / WordPress Developer / Marketing Web Specialist at Perceptive Analytics, a remote role requiring 4-6 years of experience. The company specializes in Data Analytics and BI consulting, focusing on helping enterprises leverage their data using tools like Power BI and Tableau. The successful candidate will be responsible for building, maintaining, and optimizing the company’s digital presence, which includes developing marketing web pages, landing pages, email templates, and integrated lead forms.

Requirements

Required Skills

• 3–5 years of hands-on experience in WordPress development (themes, plugins, customizations).
• Strong command of HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and PHP.
• Experience with Salesforce, Pardot, or HubSpot form and data integrations.
• Understanding of technical SEO, responsive design, and website performance optimization.

Good to Have

• Familiarity with Webflow or HubSpot CMS.
• Basic understanding of UX/UI design.
• Experience with API integrations and automation workflows.
• Version control experience (Git, Bitbucket).

Additional Information

Responsibilities include developing and managing WordPress-based websites with responsive, SEO-friendly pages, optimizing landing pages for campaigns, designing and coding HTML email templates compatible with Salesforce/Pardot/HubSpot, integrating lead forms with Salesforce CRM, ensuring proper implementation of GA4 and GTM for analytics, collaborating with marketing and design teams, and maintaining website security and speed.
