This is a remote position. We are looking for a talented Next.js Developer to help us shape the future of real estate technology. In this role, you will develop and implement dynamic features for a cutting-edge real estate CRM system, working on projects that extend beyond standard marketing websites. You will collaborate closely with our project management team, contribute to technical discussions, and deliver high-quality code that meets both client needs and tight deadlines. If you have a strong grasp of Next.js, JavaScript/TypeScript, and enjoy tackling complex development challenges, this is your chance to take your skills to the next level.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement features for a real estate CRM system using Next.js
• Execute development tasks under project management guidance
• Build complex web applications that go beyond basic marketing sites
• Deliver high-quality code that meets client specifications and timelines
• Participate in project planning and technical discussions

Requirements

• Strong proficiency in Next.js framework
• Experience with complex web application development
• Background in CRM system development preferred
• Experience with modern JavaScript/TypeScript development practices

Job Highlights

• Contract type: Independent Contractor
• Schedule: 20+ hours per week; Flexible but hours within Brisbane time 9-5pm
