Job Description

This is a remote position with flexible scheduling. The role is part-time, starting at 20 hours per week, with the potential for increased hours as the business grows. Candidates must be available from Mondays to Saturdays, during the specified hours in Sydney Time. The role involves establishing and managing a social media presence, optimizing an online store, implementing SEO strategies, generating leads, creating digital content, and supporting the transition from a private setup to a public launch.

Requirements

• Proven experience in social media marketing and management
• Proficiency with Shopify platform setup and optimization
• Strong understanding of SEO principles and implementation
• Experience with Instagram and TikTok content creation and management
• Knowledge of Facebook business page management and advertising
• Lead generation experience across digital channels
• Ability to create content for diverse target audiences
• Strong communication skills and creative thinking

Additional Information

This is an independent contractor role, meaning candidates will need their own computer and internet connection. They will handle their own benefits and taxes. The pay is based on hourly rates, which will vary depending on the candidate’s performance in the application process.
