Job Description

HXVP Marketing is hiring a camera operator to film TikTok livestreams for our client, Mooncool, a leading electric trike company. You will be filming a live host as they ride and talk about Mooncool trikes on TikTok Live. This is a partially outdoor filming role, so you must be comfortable riding an e-trike while holding an action camera to record smooth, live video. Half of the livestream will be spent outdoors, and the other half will be spent in our showroom.

Requirements

• The ability to handle and operate an action camera or gimbal while moving
• Follow directions and stay in sync with the host
• Troubleshoot basic tech issues on the fly (if needed)
• Physically able to ride an e-trike (you will be trained beforehand)
• Experience in filming for social media or livestreams is preferred, but not required
• Must be local to the DFW area as our showroom is located in Plano, TX

Responsibilities

• Ride an e-trike and operate an action camera or gimbal during a TikTok livestream
• Film a host in real-time as they showcase and discuss Mooncool trikes
• Capture smooth footage while in motion
• Help set up and frame shots before the livestream begins
• Adjust angles and camera settings as needed during the livestream
• Coordinate with the host to stay in sync throughout the livestream
• Ensure camera equipment is functioning properly and troubleshoot basic issues if needed
