I have a unique system for identifying projected outcomes for online gaming, specifically Roulette. The model is based on probability theory and statistical analysis. I want a front end graphical layout that allows users to input the 37 previous numbers where the ball landed. With the algorithm running beneath the panel, the system will advise which numbers to play for the next spin. This is a personal project and I am seeking a skilled programmer who can develop both the user interface and implement the underlying algorithm. The expert must be available on site in Dubai for the full duration of the project.
