Job Description

Countryside Christian Church – Palm Harbor Campus is seeking a skilled and dependable piano player to join our worship team. This role is perfect for someone passionate about worship, musically excellent, and eager to serve in a team-oriented environment.

Responsibilities

• Play piano/keys for Sunday worship services at the Palm Harbor campus
• Arrive by 7:30 AM on Sundays for rehearsal and sound check
• Participate in two Sunday services (9:30 AM and 11:15 AM)
• Rehearse and perform with the worship team under the direction of the Worship Leader
• Read chord charts accurately and follow musical direction
• Play with a click track and guide cues during worship
• Use in-ear monitors (IEMs) during rehearsals and services
• Be able to use a talkback mic to guide the band if necessary
• Maintain a positive, flexible, and team-focused attitude

Requirements

• Proficient in playing from chord charts
• Experience playing in a modern worship or band setting
• Comfortable using click and guide tracks
• Must have and use personal in-ear monitors
• Reliable and punctual, with consistent Sunday morning availability

Compensation

• $100 per Sunday
