Job Description

SimpsonScarborough is looking for talented designers who can develop smart and conceptual creative work for our clients in higher education marketing. Ideal candidates are versatile thinkers who want to create bold brand experiences and activations across all media — digital, print, video, and environmental.

Responsibilities

• Develop strong visual systems and concepts for campaigns, websites, and brand storytelling.
• Design across multiple touchpoints: digital (media campaigns, landing pages, .edu sites), print (viewbooks, brochures, collateral), and environmental (signage, OOH, interactive experiences).
• Collaborate with copywriters, strategists, and creative directors to deliver cohesive and authentic work.
• Produce production-ready files and ensure all deliverables meet quality standards.

Requirements

• 3–4 years of design experience, ideally within a creative or agency setting.
• Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator) and proficiency in Figma or Adobe XD.
• Knowledge of motion graphics (After Effects) a plus.
• Strong attention to detail, time management, and ability to meet deadlines.
