Job Description

We’re seeking a creative and visually driven Brand Content Creator to join our growing luxury real estate brand based in the Lake Minnetonka area. While most of your work can be done remotely, this role is perfect for someone who enjoys getting out in the community. You’ll spend part of your week on location, photographing homes, lifestyle scenes, and the Lake Minnetonka area, and the rest of your time editing and producing content from home.

We’re looking for a go-getter who enjoys working independently, finding creative opportunities, and turning them into polished, brand-ready visuals.

Requirements

• Strong photography and videography skills, including shooting, lighting, and editing
• Proficient in photo and video editing software (Adobe Lightroom, Photoshop, Premiere Pro, or similar)
• Creative, detail-oriented, and reliable with a strong sense of visual storytelling
• Passion for luxury real estate, lifestyle branding, and marketing
• Organized and able to manage multiple projects independently
• Must reside in or near the Lake Minnetonka area with a reliable vehicle for local shoots
• Prior hands-on experience creating, editing, and delivering branded photo and video content
• Experience in real estate, lifestyle, or social media content creation strongly preferred
• FAA drone certification a plus; on-site training provided if not certified

Responsibilities

• Photography & Videography
• Plan, shoot, and edit professional-quality photos and videos for property listings, lifestyle marketing, and brand storytelling
• Produce short and long-form video content for Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube (Reels, stories, tours, lifestyle features, etc.)
• Capture high-end visuals that reflect the Lake Minnetonka lifestyle—architecture, lake scenes, and community moments
• Attend local shoots and proactively capture content in the area as needed
• Edit all photo and video content to deliver a clean, polished, and cohesive aesthetic consistent with our brand
• Deliver completed, brand-ready content packages for the team to review and post
• Luxury Branding & Storytelling
• Develop content that communicates the emotion, lifestyle, and experience behind the brand
• Contribute ideas for campaigns, marketing visuals, and storytelling concepts
• Maintain a consistent, elevated aesthetic across all visual materials
• Social Media & Content Preparation
• Prepare and organize social media content (visuals, captions, and suggested post details) for approval—no posting required
• Use tools such as Hootsuite or Google Drive to organize and deliver final content
• Stay up to date on trends in short-form video, photography, and social engagement
