Job Description

This role requires a candidate who will analyze and create design/functional specifications in accordance with IT standards and policies. The individual will be responsible for migrating data to appropriate repositories, participating in requirement gathering and design discussions, and conducting verbal communications with senior IT Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to elicit requirements. The candidate will develop ETL processes for the migration of legacy data, work both independently and in a team environment, comply with data standards and policies, and assist with Quality Assurance testing.

Requirements

• 60 months experience working on projects involving design, development, and testing of legacy data migration with 10+ data sources.
• 60 months of SQL experience.
• 60 months of testing experience, including data validation, creating comprehensive test plans, executing these plans, and reconciling data migrations.
• 60 months experience documenting workflow processes using modeling tools (such as Visio) and in Data Modeling.
• 60 months experience with ETL (data migration) utilizing Data Stage (IBM Infosphere).

Job Type: Contract

Pay: $62.00 - $65.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week

Work Location: Onsite from day 1. Phone/Skype hire.
