1-Day Fitness Workshop Shoot in Cancun [Urgent]

Videographer is needed in Playa del Carmen, Mexico.

We are seeking an experienced videographer for a one-day shoot in Cancun, Mexico, to cover a fitness and mindset workshop taking place on November 7, 2025, at the El Dorado Maroma Resort. The event will run for approximately 6–8 hours and include a mix of lectures, group sessions, and light fitness activities. The main tasks involve capturing talking-head interviews and testimonials with participants and speakers, as well as dynamic event B-roll footage showcasing attendee engagement, presentations, workouts, and behind-the-scenes moments. Drone footage is a welcome bonus but not required. We expect well-composed, clean footage with good lighting and quality audio for the interviews. No editing is required; we only need delivery of all raw footage (at 1080p or higher if possible) and audio files at the day’s end. Candidates must be based in Cancun or nearby (no travel support provided), have significant experience covering similar events or workshops, and supply their own camera, microphones (lav or shotgun), and basic lighting. The ideal candidate is independent, resourceful, and comfortable with minimal supervision.
