Job Description

Position Title: Digital Marketing Specialist

Work Set-up: Work From Office / Work From Home

Salary: Php 80,000 - Php 90,000

Schedule: Morning

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct ongoing keyword research and optimization to improve organic visibility.
• Implement on-page and off-page SEO improvements to boost website rankings.
• Provide technical SEO support, including backlink strategies.
• Create, manage, and optimize Google Ads campaigns.
• Develop keyword bidding strategies and manage ad budgets effectively.
• Track conversions and provide regular performance reports.
• Plan, launch, and optimize Meta (Facebook & Instagram) advertising campaigns.
• Execute audience targeting, A/B testing, and creative optimization.
• Generate monthly reports on campaign performance and insights.
• Develop ad creatives and content for marketing campaigns and events.

Requirements

Required Qualifications:

• Proficient in campaign management, keyword optimization, and creative development.
• Detail-oriented, proactive, and capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or any related field.
• At least 2–3 years of experience in digital marketing, with hands-on expertise in SEO, Google Ads, and Meta Ads.
• Strong analytical and reporting skills, with experience using tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, and Meta Business Suite.
