Flower & Oak is a leading wedding videography company specializing in capturing the magic and emotions of weddings. We are looking for a talented and enthusiastic Wedding Content Creator to join our team and help us create unforgettable memories for our clients.

Job Description:

As a Wedding Content Creator, you will be responsible for solo coverage of weddings, capturing high-quality content using your smartphone. This role requires a mix of technical skills, creativity, and excellent communication. Your primary duties will include recording video, managing your gear, editing footage on the go, and collaborating with our team to ensure seamless content delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

• Capture high-quality video content at weddings using a recent model smartphone (i.e., iPhone 13, Galaxy S22, or newer).
• Utilize a phone gimbal for stable and professional shots.
• Use a portable power bank to maintain power throughout the event.
• Optional but preferred: Use a portable light and tripod/selfie stick for better shot quality.
• Maintain at least 15-20 GB of available storage space for content capture.
• Edit videos on-site using the CapCut mobile app.
• Upload all captured content promptly after the event.
• Retain wedding files for at least six months.
• Communicate effectively with our team about file sizes, wedding details, and other pertinent information.
• Exhibit a pleasant demeanor, strong customer service skills, and maintain a professional appearance.

Requirements:

• Own a recent model smartphone (i.e., iPhone 13, Galaxy S22, or newer).
• Possess a vehicle and valid driver’s license.
• Capable of managing all necessary gear independently.
• Own and competently use a phone gimbal.
• Portable light and tripod/selfie stick are highly preferred.
• Have at least 15-20 GB of available storage space.
• Experience with mobile content editing using the CapCut mobile app.
• Ability to retain wedding files for a minimum of six months.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Pleasant demeanor, customer service skills, and professional appearance.
