Job Description

The role involves collaborating with business and client engagement teams to address business problems, conducting evaluations, driving analysis, delivering efficient solutions, supporting product specific needs, and conducting research for product innovation.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in any Science, Engineering, or related subjects.
• 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or Product Manager in relevant fields.
• Experience with Agile/Scrum product development and support processes using JIRA.
• Solid knowledge of SQL, JQL and scripting languages (R, Python, Excel, or VBA Macros) is a plus.
• Proficient in Office 365 and BI tools.
• Hands-on experience with wireframe tools (MS Visio, Lucid chart, Balsamiq, Adobe).
• Experience with A/B testing or experiment design is a plus.
• Any product management or scrum certification and knowledge of GPS-E is a plus.
• Strong problem-solving and storytelling skills through logical analysis and visual models.
• Understanding of the entire data product lifecycle from Raw Data to Decisioning.
• Excellent multitasking and time management skills.
• Strong communication skills to persuade, negotiate, and influence stakeholders.
• Hands-on technical skills in programming languages such as R, Python, SQL, and cloud services is a plus.
