Job Description

Gramercy Tech is a New York based, award-winning digital agency specializing in immersive and high-impact event technology. We are seeking a freelance designer with strong Webflow expertise to support our marketing team on an ongoing basis. This role will focus on building new website pages and sections, refreshing existing content, and ensuring our site aligns with current marketing campaigns and brand guidelines.

Requirements

• Proven experience designing and developing in Webflow (portfolio required)
• Strong visual design skills and attention to detail
• Experience with marketing or brand design is a plus
• Ability to manage multiple small projects and meet quick turnaround timelines
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills

Responsibilities

• Design and build new pages and site sections in Webflow
• Update and optimize existing pages for consistency and performance
• Collaborate with the marketing team to implement design updates and campaigns
• Ensure all web design work aligns with brand standards and creative direction

Schedule and Compensation

• 10–15 hours per week
• $35–$40/hour, depending on experience
• Remote
